I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, close to King's Park, shopping, and the Swan River Cruise, offering easy access to the bus and a short walk to the CBD. The rooms were what I expected for the price, but I had some issues with alarms set by previous occupants and a blind that didn't fit the window properly. The service was friendly and welcoming, although a bit more guidance on utilizing facilities like the lift would have been appreciated. The dining options were good, with a variety of selections, but the breakfast choices were somewhat limited. Overall, the value for money was decent, and I would consider staying here again if I return to Perth.
