central location good variety helpful staff small room missing microwave

I found the location very central, everything was within walking distance. The breakfast offered a good variety with a nice view. My bedroom was clean and the staff were helpful ALL THE TIME.

The room was NOT spacious at all. There wasn't any Microwave in my room to heat food.

unadjustable air conditioning intimidating location

My room had the worst air conditioning EVER. It was not adjustable AT all. The location felt intimidating because there were many drug addicts hanging around the hotel entrance and exit. It. The staff did nothing to manage the situation.

The hotel is close to the train station. Shops are within a short walk. I found the hotel very convenient to access nearby pubs. The cinema is also easily accessible from the hotel. The room included delivery of all amenities. The staff members were friendly . They were also helpful when I requested assistance. The housekeeping kept the room very clean. The breakfasts offered a vast selection. Hot meals were available. The dining area staff was pleasant. Tables were consistently cleared and cleaned. The hotel's location is a strong point. A Coles supermarket is nearby. There are also two banks nearby. A great bakery is close by as well.

I noticed some slight staining on the carpets in the hallways.

The duty manager gave helpful information. The desk staff aided with taxi arrangements. These services were promptly delivered to my room. The reception staff were great.

The room size was good. Rooms seemed newly refurbished. The room was very clean upon arrival. The beds were so comfy. The bathrooms offered sufficient space and good lighting.
